Question: Why are so many refugees drowning in the sea? Is it karma? What is the reason?

The fallen beings always seek to create unrest and chaos. They have attempted to create a situation where people flee in a state of panic. This means that it allows other people in the fallen consciousness to take advantage of the ones who want to get out. They create these boats that are unsafe, that are loaded to a point that is unsafe, and in their desperation people do not object to this.
It is just an example of how, whenever the fallen beings manage to create chaos, there are always these consequences where some people become the victims and suffer in a chaotic situation where no-one has control and where no-one exercises the proper caution. Naturally, you should refuse to get on an unsafe vessel and you should have (ideally) refused to get yourself in a state of mind where you are so desperate that you will get on an unsafe vessel. Surely, drowning cannot be an improvement of your life conditions.
This is what you should be seeking rather than an escape. But you see that this is part of the plot of the fallen beings. They want to get people into a desperate state where they just want to get away from something bad instead of envisioning how things could be improved where they are. This is what we have already talked about. It is a psychological mechanism that the fallen beings are very good at using to get people into this state of agitation where they do not exercise common sense. Or what should be common sense.
